ZEAL POLYESTER BODY FILLER

Zeal Polyester car Body Filler is specifically designed for repair and filling any car dent.   Not only does it fill the dent, but also can be cut, sanded and routed cleanly. In addition, zeal body filler is easy to file and sand as well as it doesn’t harden after. All in all, car body filler is used to fill pores, cracks, or holes in wood, plaster, or other construction surfaces before finishing. Body filler helps to fill in a dent on a car before reprinting.

Usage of zeal polyester

Polyester filler type: Zeal is a two – park base filler

color: Light grey but turns light pink after hardener addition

Finish : matt

Mixing ratio: mix 2% of hardener to 150gm of Zeal Body Filler Paste

Touch dry: 7 – 10 mins

Sanding dry: 25 mins (Hardening time mostly depend on the amount of hardener used). Apply a thin layer of Zeal polyester Body filler paste with a spreader in a well ventilated environment.

Storage and safety: Store zeal paste in a cool dry place out of children’s reach in a tightly closed container. Zeal Body Filler Paste contains styrene and the hardener contains dibenzoyl peroxide.

Application process of zeal Body filler

Firstly, the filler technician or personnel shall check and access the damages. Surely should be in a position to know when and how huge of a dent is on the car. For example, was the car heavily damaged? How much of time has the dent been there? Can it be evenly distributed? Therefore, filler personnel should prepare the surface for filler application.

Secondly, pick the right product. In other word, carefully pick the right filler to apply, body filler hardener. After that, the next filler process is mixing of the zeal polyester car body filler. In the right ration, mix well the hardener together with the filler. Ensure you get a consistently even out mixture to allow fast hardening and as a result you avoid breaking.

Lastly, it’s the application of the filler on the car dent. Ensure the right portion of the filler is done to avoid breakage after hardening.  This allows smoothness and less labor while sanding. In the case where the right portion of the hardener and the filler is not used, then so much time is consumed to do the sanding.
